John Richardson 

Biographical Information

John Richardson joins the 320 Guest Ranch, an extraordinary and historic property located along the Gallatin River near Big Sky, Montana. John brings with him nearly 20 years of professional hospitality management. In this position he is responsible for overseeing all aspects of the ranch, including property and front office operations, sales & marketing, and food & beverage.

Previous to his employment at 320 Guest Ranch, John has served in multiple capacities in the hotel and restaurant industry from dishwasher to General Manager. His most recent position was as General Manager of the Holiday Inn Fort Smith, Arkansas. In this position he was responsible for the entire hotel operations and was instrumental in returning the hotel to an award winning property. Throughout his career, John has worked with highly regarded hospitality companies such as Intercontinental Hotels, Marriott Hotels and Walt Disney World Resorts.

John was fortunate while growing up and was able to travel throughout the country with his family. He has lived and worked in the Midwest, South, Northeast, and Northwest, specifically in Billings, Montana. John met his wife Mary in Atlanta, Georgia and they have been married for five years. Both John and Mary enjoy the outdoors and are looking forward to taking advantage of all that Big Sky has to offer.

Mr. Richardson attended Berry College in Rome, Georgia, earning a degree in hotel and restaurant management. He is a member of the Fort Smith Rotary, and is a graduate of Leadership Billings.
