Join us for a 30-minute sleigh ride through the Gallatin National Forest and back to the Conference Center for dinner. Sleigh holds 35 people, and we can do more than one trip during a cocktail hour.
Menu: Elk Tenderloin, Chicken Pesto, Vegetarian Pasta, Garlic Mashed Potatoes, Vegetable du Jour, Rolls and Butter, Coffee, Tea and Dessert.
The Elk Tenderloin and Chicken Pesto are plated; the rest of the dinner is served family style.
Entrees are served with a choice of soup or salad, and two side dishes, rolls and butter and coffee. Dessert can be added for a nominal fee. Prices are subject to change.
Montana Mixed Grill: Elk Loin Picata and a pan-seared Rainbow Trout.
Filet Mignon: 8 oz. beef tenderloin filet grilled to your specifications.
Grilled Salmon: Lightly grilled and served with a balsamic reduction.
Roasted Prime Rib of Beef: Slow-roasted and cooked to perfection. Served with
horseradish sauce.
Pork Tenderloin: Cajun-spiced pork tenderloin seared and topped with fresh fruit salsa.
Chicken Pesto: 8 oz. chicken breast, lightly breaded and served with a creamy basil pesto sauce on a bed of pasta.
Wild Temptation Meatloaf: House recipe includes beef, elk and bison in a hearty meatloaf topped with mushroom gravy.
Pasta Primavera: Pasta tossed with an array of fresh seasonal vegetables served in a white wine garlic sauce.
