If you would like to be considered for more than one position, please list these positions in order of preference. We work as a team at the 320 Guest Ranch and help out in other departments as needed. Include any skills that could be used in other positions on your application or resume.

Wranglers

We are looking for wranglers with experience as well as extensive horse background. The main duty is the care and upkeep of the animals and overseeing the animals on the trails while being ridden by guests. Cleaning out stalls, feeding horses, saddling horses and going out on trail rides are part of the duties. CPR and first aid certification is required for this position. In the winter, chopping wood, stacking wood at cabins, snow removal and driving the sleigh teams are also a part of the position. ONGOING OPEN POSITIONS:

Housekeepers

Housekeepers take care of the guests' cabin needs, cleaning cabins for new arrivals, bringing fresh towels to the cabins and straightening up for our guests each day. It may also include laundry: washing, drying and folding.

Restaurant/Kitchen Help

The 320 Steak House is a full-service restaurant requiring wait staff, bartenders, hostess/buss persons. The restaurant offers a continental breakfast and dinner "off menu" each evening. Also back of the house kitchen positions available: dishwashing, prep cook and line cook.

Benefits

We do offer limited bunkhouse housing for employees. Separate houses for men and woman. Rooms are shared with other staff members. No employees are allowed to have pets of any kind on property.

Discounts on food and beverage at the 320 Steak House are provided for staff, as well as discounts on trail rides, sleigh rides and other activities, based on availability. Discounts with local area vendors are also provided for staff.

Healthcare is provided based on length of service and for full time employees.
